VUGA respects intellectual-property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed complaints about material published or submitted through the service.
1. How to submit a complaint
Send a written notice to [email protected] with “Copyright complaint” in the subject line, or mail it to VUGA Enterprises LLC, 18117 Biscayne Blvd, Unit 1039, Aventura, FL 33160, United States. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature and authority to act for the owner of the right.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The exact URL or other information sufficient to locate each challenged item.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
2. Review and response
We may forward the complaint to the customer, publication, or other party responsible for the material; request more information; remove or restrict access to material; terminate repeat infringers where appropriate; or restore material when a legally sufficient counter-notice or other evidence supports restoration. Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability.
3. Other rights
For trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or defamation complaints, identify the right, the exact material and URL, the requested action, and supporting evidence. This reporting process does not create an admission about the legal status of any party or content.
