How portal support works

Authenticated Publish and Agency customers can create and follow a private support conversation in the account portal. The portal immediately confirms that AI is reviewing the first message. When the support AI is enabled, it may send one cited first response from approved VUGA public information. It does not read attachments. Follow-ups and reopened cases go to VUGA Support.

You may choose “Send directly to a person.” Requests involving refunds, payments or unauthorized charges, account security, privacy rights, copyright or legal complaints, editorial corrections or takedowns, custom contracts or quotes, guarantees, distress, abuse, or uncertain facts are always assigned to a person. Nuanced legal translation questions are also assigned to a person because English remains the controlling source.

When human help is required, the portal displays a response target calculated within 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. America/New_York on business days, excluding observed U.S. federal holidays. Email alerts contain the case code and a secure portal link, but not message or attachment content. Email replies are not accepted.

Include the relevant order, application, quote, invoice, or support-case code. Never email passwords, one-time sign-in links, recovery codes, full payment-card data, or unnecessary sensitive information.
