How portal support works
Authenticated Publish and Agency customers can create and follow a private support conversation in the account portal. When enabled, VUGA AI helps first in both portals using the approved operating guide, public policies and a limited server-owned summary of the customer's related order. It can answer follow-up questions in the same conversation and cites its sources. It does not read attachments; describe the visible error in the message.
The assistant may explain documented steps and policies, but cannot change accounts, issue refunds, cancel orders, repair the service or make legal or editorial decisions. Requests requiring those actions, payment disputes, urgent sensitive concerns and requests for a person are saved for staff review. Unresolved VUGA problems are also handed over with a summary of the issue and steps already tried, after reasonable clarification. After handoff, the chat confirms that the message has been forwarded to the Support team, who will respond within a maximum of 3 calendar days. This response deadline does not promise approval or completion of the requested action. English remains the controlling policy source; questions needing legal interpretation require staff review.
Email alerts contain the case code and a secure portal link, but not message or attachment content. Email replies are not accepted.
