These rules apply to accounts, applications, briefs, uploads, links, proposed claims, and other materials submitted to VUGA Publishing or VUGA Agency.
1. Required authority and accuracy
- Submit material only when you are authorized by the subject, client, or rights holder to do so.
- Provide accurate, supportable facts and identify material omissions, conflicts, sponsorships, and sensitive claims.
- Obtain releases, licenses, permissions, and legally sufficient consent for names, likenesses, quotations, trademarks, photographs, documents, and other supplied material.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal content or activity; fraud; impersonation; deceptive practices; fabricated evidence, quotations, reviews, credentials, or affiliations; or instructions intended to evade platform, publication, or search policies.
- Defamation, unlawful threats, harassment, hate or discriminatory abuse, doxxing, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or invasions of privacy or publicity rights.
- Copyright, trademark, trade-secret, confidentiality, or other intellectual-property infringement.
- Malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, attempts to bypass security, or files intended to damage or disrupt systems.
- Material that unlawfully promotes regulated goods or services, makes unsupported health, financial, legal, political, environmental, or performance claims, or omits disclosures required for endorsements or sponsored content.
- Link schemes, cloaking, hidden sponsorship, guaranteed rankings, fake traffic, or requests to misrepresent paid placement as independent editorial coverage.
3. Editorial response
VUGA may verify claims, require sources or revisions, add disclosures, change links, select or reject a publication, pause fulfillment, remove material, suspend an account, or refuse service. Purchase does not remove editorial discretion. We may preserve evidence and report apparent unlawful conduct when reasonably required.
4. Reporting
Report suspected violations to [email protected] with the relevant order code, URL, and supporting information. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
