This Privacy Notice explains how VUGA Enterprises LLC collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through VUGA Publishing and VUGA Agency.
1. Who we are and scope
VUGA Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. This notice applies to publish.vugamediagroup.com, agency.vugamediagroup.com, their account and order portals, and related sales, support, and fulfillment communications.
Contact: [email protected]; 786-967-6544; 18117 Biscayne Blvd, Unit 1039, Aventura, FL 33160, United States.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact data, including name, email address, telephone number, locale, and, for agencies, company identity, website, LinkedIn URL, business email domain, business address, and agency representatives’ names, job titles, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Account and authentication data, including passwordless-link records, session identifiers, Google account subject and verified email when Google sign-in is used, security events, and account preferences. VUGA does not receive your Google password.
- Order and transaction data, including products, prices, discounts, invoices, payment status, refunds, disputes, billing details returned by Stripe, and order history. VUGA does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Editorial and fulfillment materials, including briefs, links, documents, images, source material, instructions, approvals, revisions, and support messages.
- Device, network, and usage data, including IP address, browser or device information, request and security logs, locale, referring host, signed campaign attribution, purchase-event data, and, when a PUBLISH visitor accepts advertising tracking, Meta Pixel identifiers and page or interaction events.
- Consent and communication data, including marketing choices, unsubscribe or suppression status, and delivery records.
3. Sources
We collect information from you; from the agency or customer on whose behalf you act; automatically when you use the service; and from service providers such as Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, and delivery or analytics providers. We may also receive fulfillment status from VUGA publications and internal publishing systems.
4. How and why we use information
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where requested. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
When enabled, a support-only AI service may review the text of the first message in a new case and limited safe order or agency-price fields to suggest or send a cited answer from VUGA's approved public service and policy material. It does not receive attachments, drafts, invoices, arbitrary account history, or other customers' information. Legal, privacy, security, payment-dispute, refund, correction, takedown, distressed, abusive, and uncertain requests are routed to a person. You may select “Send directly to a person” when opening a case.
- Provide accounts, quotes, checkout, editorial production, publication, fulfillment, support, refunds, and account closure.
- Authenticate users; protect the service; prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate transactions; enforce policies; and preserve audit evidence.
- Process payments, taxes, credits, commissions, disputes, and legally required financial records.
- Match purchased work to suitable publications, coordinate editorial review, publish approved content, and report fulfillment.
- Send transactional messages and, only as permitted by law and your preferences, marketing communications.
- Measure campaign and purchase performance, improve the service, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.
5. How we disclose information
Approved publication content is intended to become public and may include personal information supplied for publication. We do not sell personal information. If a PUBLISH visitor accepts advertising tracking, disclosure of web-event data to Meta for audience creation or advertising delivery may be treated as sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under some laws. Visitors may decline or withdraw that consent through Privacy choices. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
- Stripe for payment, invoice, tax, refund, and dispute processing.
- Google for optional sign-in and purchase measurement; Meta, when a PUBLISH visitor accepts advertising tracking, for advertising measurement, attribution, audience creation, and delivery; Cloudflare for security, delivery, and bot detection; Resend or successor providers for email delivery; and restricted storage, malware-scanning, hosting, and backup providers.
- VUGA personnel, contractors, internal publishing systems, and the selected VUGA publications as needed to review, produce, publish, and support an order.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or transaction counterparties when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, claims, or a corporate transaction.
6. Cookies and local storage
The service uses host-only authentication and security cookies, a locale cookie, signed attribution cookies, and browser session storage for the cart and idempotency state. On PUBLISH, the Meta Pixel and its cookies load only after advertising consent and remain off when consent is declined or a Global Privacy Control signal is detected. Cloudflare Turnstile may process device and network information when displayed. See the Cookie Notice for details.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Passwordless links expire after 15 minutes and ordinary account sessions after 30 days. An account-closure request starts a 30-day grace period; after that period, the service is designed to remove private uploads, briefs, support and authentication data, and profile content while retaining pseudonymized orders and financial or audit records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal claims.
Backup cycles, legal holds, publication archives, third-party caches, and content already made public may delay or limit deletion. Published content is handled under the applicable publication's editorial and copyright processes.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Submit a request to [email protected]. Tell us the right you wish to exercise and the email associated with the service. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some rights depend on your location and applicable law.
- Access, correct, or update eligible account information through the account portal.
- Close your account or ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a portable copy of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
- Object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, or ask whether we sell or share personal information.
- Use an authorized agent where applicable and appeal a denied request by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy appeal.”
9. International use
VUGA is based in the United States. If you use the service from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use contractual and other safeguards where applicable law requires them.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including restricted credentials, host-separated sessions, access controls, encryption in transit, private object storage, file validation and malware scanning, and audit records. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The service is for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child through these sales services. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information.
12. Changes
We may update this notice to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
Optional agency introductions
Help me find an agency is opt-in. Contact information is disclosed only after the prospect consents to sharing and the offered agency accepts. Offers are made to one agency at a time for 48 hours; acceptance provides 90 days of exclusive pursuit, ending earlier upon decline, closure or recorded release. Assignments and transfers are audited. This version charges no lead fee or commission and does not collect payments from agency clients. Client, lead, shortlist and campaign records follow the retention and closure rules in this notice.
