Effective: September 20, 2026 (prospective activation or enrollment) · Version: 2026-09-20-marketplace-growth-v2
This policy applies to retail orders, agency quotes and invoices, and publishing work sold through the service, subject to non-waivable law and any signed agreement.
1. Before payment
You may leave checkout without charge before Stripe confirms payment. An agency may decline a quote before accepting or paying its invoice. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
2. Refund requests
Email [email protected] with the order, quote, or invoice code and the reason for the request. Do not send payment-card data. We will acknowledge the request and review the order's payment and fulfillment state.
3. Eligibility
- A full refund is ordinarily available if VUGA cannot accept the submitted scope or cannot provide the purchased service and no mutually acceptable substitute is agreed.
- Before editorial work begins, VUGA may approve a full refund, less any nonrefundable third-party amount that was clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
- After research, writing, design, editorial review, reservation of limited inventory, or other material work begins, any refund may be reduced by the reasonable value of work completed and committed costs.
- After a placement or cover is published as approved, the fulfilled portion is generally nonrefundable. A refund may still be required for a verified failure to deliver the agreed service, duplicate charge, or other right provided by law.
- Customer delay, changed preference, search-engine action, lack of ranking, traffic, leads, sales, or indexation does not by itself make a completed service refundable.
4. Rejection and customer materials
Every submission is subject to editorial and legal review. If content cannot be published because it violates the Content Rules, we may request corrections, offer a lawful substitute, cancel unperformed work, or deny a refund for work already performed to the extent permitted by law. If the customer does not provide required materials or approvals, fulfillment may pause; contact support to discuss cancellation.
5. Processing and disputes
Approved refunds are issued through the original Stripe payment path. Bank processing time is outside VUGA's control. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits chargeback rights or mandatory consumer remedies, but knowingly submitting false dispute information is prohibited.
