Effective: September 21, 2026 (prospective activation or enrollment)
VUGA aims to make the sales and account experience usable by people with disabilities.
1. Our approach
The service is designed for keyboard navigation, screen readers, responsive reflow, visible focus, semantic controls, sufficient contrast, reduced motion, and right-to-left languages. Automated checks and browser tests support ongoing review, but they do not replace feedback from people using assistive technology.
2. Request help or an alternative
Email [email protected] with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Include the page or task, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the barrier encountered. Do not include passwords or card data. We will work to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and investigate the underlying issue.
3. Third-party services
Checkout, authentication, bot protection, and embedded third-party tools may be controlled by Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, or another provider. Report barriers to VUGA even when they occur in a third-party step so we can assist and raise the issue with the provider.
