1. Technologies we use

Cookies are small values stored by a browser. The service also uses sessionStorage, which normally lasts until the browser tab or window is closed. The service does not use browser storage to hold payment-card data or uploaded editorial files.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

• __Host-vuga_publish or __Host-vuga_agency: opaque, host-only account session; secure and inaccessible to browser scripts; ordinarily expires after 30 days or on sign-out.
• __Host-vuga_publish_csrf or __Host-vuga_agency_csrf: host-only request-forgery protection paired to the account session; ordinarily expires after 30 days or on sign-out.
• vuga_locale: remembers the selected language for up to one year.
• __Host-vuga_anon and __Host-vuga_attribution: recognize an anonymous campaign visit and preserve signed first- and last-touch attribution for up to one year and 90 days respectively when an offer link is used.

3. Browser session storage

The retail storefront stores the cart and a checkout idempotency value in sessionStorage so a refresh does not duplicate or lose the current checkout attempt. This information remains on the device and is cleared when the cart is cleared or the browser session ends.

4. Third-party technologies

Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only when bot verification is configured and required. Stripe hosts checkout and may use its own technologies under its privacy notice. Google receives an order purchase event only when server-side measurement is configured; these storefronts do not load a client-side Google Analytics tag. Optional Google sign-in follows Google's own privacy terms.

On publish.vugamediagroup.com only, a visitor who accepts advertising tracking permits the site to load the Meta Pixel. Meta may receive the visited URL, referring URL, browser and device information, IP address, Meta browser identifiers, and page or interaction events. Meta may use that information for advertising measurement, attribution, audience creation, and delivery under its own privacy terms. The AGENCY site does not load the PUBLISH Pixel.

5. Optional advertising cookies and storage

The PUBLISH Privacy choices control stores the visitor's selection in local browser storage. If the visitor accepts, the Meta Pixel may set first-party cookies such as _fbp and _fbc to distinguish browsers and preserve advertising click information. These technologies are optional and are not required to browse, register, or purchase.

6. Choices

PUBLISH visitors may accept or reject optional advertising tracking when first prompted and may later change the selection through the persistent Privacy choices button. Rejecting or withdrawing consent prevents the Pixel from loading on later page views and removes the Meta first-party cookies accessible to this site. A supported Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out and keeps the Pixel off.

You can also remove or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies or storage will prevent sign-in, security checks, locale persistence, cart continuity, or campaign attribution from working correctly. Declining optional advertising tracking does not affect those necessary functions.
